A refreshing comedy‘Jagabandhu’ and ‘Sudeshna’ are young couple settled in the US. In their process of being Americanized, they like to call themselves as ‘Jake’ and ‘Sheena’. It is a funny interaction of their regular life, their decision making, their arguments and Sheena’s admiration for her brother-in-law. ‘Sheena’ wants to arrange a Satyanarayan puja at their house and her brother-in-law is the priest. After the puja they go to thelake to immerse the flowers and pot. At the lake they get pulled over by police. A hilarious conversation follows regarding Jake’s driver’s license, his attire, the pot and the swastika sign on the pot. Jake gets arrested and her brother-in-law helps them with the bond money. Jake comes home and they start their regular routine - their arguments, trying to outsmart each other. Well, beneath that lies their love and affection.
